In the app
When signed in, open Settings, then Support, to send a ticket or a feature request. Tickets keep the conversation with your account, and you can choose to attach the pattern PDF, a project backup or app logs if they help explain the problem.
Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by the store you bought them from. Manage or cancel a subscription, or request a refund, in that store's account settings. See the purchase terms for renewal, trial and Lifetime details.
Privacy and deletion
