Store terms

If you get StitchNavo from the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play’s terms. The terms on this page add details about StitchNavo plans and purchases; they do not replace the store’s terms.

Plans

Free. Keep unlimited read-only projects and make five projects per device editable. Those editable slots are fixed: archived and trashed projects keep their slot until permanently deleted. Import, local export, backup and restore work without a purchase.

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions. Unlock cloud features (synchronization, and remote backup and restore) and unlimited editable projects for as long as the subscription is active.

Lifetime offline. A one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited offline editing. It does not include cloud features.

Lifetime full access. A one-time purchase with the same benefits as a subscription and no renewal.

Cloud features require signing in and a successful check of your purchase with the StitchNavo service. Prices are shown in your local currency by the store before you confirm a purchase.

Free trial

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions include a 14-day free trial for eligible customers. The store decides eligibility, and changing plans does not guarantee another trial. When the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and you are charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. One-time purchases have no trial.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase or, for a trial, when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. On the App Store, turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before it begins.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. In the app, Settings, then Plans & purchases, links to the store’s subscription page when it is available. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Deleting the app or your StitchNavo account does not cancel a store subscription. If a subscription price changes, the store notifies you and asks for consent where its rules require it.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime offline and Lifetime full access are one-time purchases. They do not renew and have no trial. Buying Lifetime full access does not cancel an existing subscription; cancel that subscription in the store where you started it.

“Lifetime” means for as long as StitchNavo offers the app and, for Lifetime full access, its cloud service. It does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser or of a particular device.

Refunds

Apple and Google process payments and handle refund requests under their own policies. Request a refund from the store where you made the purchase. A refunded or revoked purchase ends the access it unlocked.

Accounts, restore and devices

Purchases belong to the store account you used to make them. A purchase made without signing in is linked to your StitchNavo account when you sign in. Restore purchases connects purchases from your store account to the StitchNavo account you are using; if they were linked to a different StitchNavo account, access may move to the current one.

Windows has no in-app checkout. To use a purchase on Windows, sign in with the StitchNavo account linked to a purchase made on another platform, then refresh your purchase status.

When paid access ends

When a subscription ends and you have no Lifetime purchase, cloud features stop. Projects on your device remain available read-only, and you can choose up to five to keep editable.

If the app cannot confirm your purchase status, for example while offline, a previously verified subscription keeps offline editing available for up to 14 days after its verified expiration. This allowance never includes cloud features, and it ends as soon as the service confirms that the subscription has expired or was revoked.
