Delete your account
Sign in to delete your StitchNavo account. Only the account you sign in with is deleted.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your cloud projects, chart files, stitch progress, notes, support tickets, feature requests and votes, and your sign-in identity. A minimal disabled account identifier and deletion receipt remain to prevent accidental recreation. Deleted data can remain in recovery backups for a limited time; the privacy page has the details.
Charts and files stored on your devices, and backups you exported, stay where they are. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription; manage renewal through the store where you subscribed.
Sign in
Use the email and password or the Google account you use in StitchNavo. If you use Sign in with Apple, delete your account in the app under Settings › Privacy & account › Account deletion, or contact us at the address below.

Deletion requested
Your account is queued for deletion and you’ve been signed out. Deletion finishes on our servers shortly. Signing in to StitchNavo apps with this account will stop working.
